Mrs. Sans is the director of KYL. She has a degree in international and corporate transactional law. She has also negotiated and structured a number of U.S. domestic and overseas acquisitions and joint ventures.
Mrs. Sans has written and lectured on legal topics relating primarily to U.S. regulations governing international trade and investment, the antitrust laws and the conduct of international litigation.
She is a member of the American Bar Association’s Health Law Section, the American Society of International Law and the Washington Institute of Foreign Affairs.
